These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Future X Solutions Inc. By requesting, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We provide online and digitally delivered B2B services, including:
- Talent Management System (TMS) operations support
- Agency / advisory services for companies expanding into ASEAN
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice (“Agreement Documents”).
2) Client responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- provide accurate information and required materials in a timely manner
- ensure you have the rights/permissions to share any materials or data with us
- designate a point of contact for communication and approvals
Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect timelines.
3) Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the Agreement Documents. Unless otherwise agreed:
- payments are due according to the invoice terms
- late payments may result in pausing services until payment is received
4) Communication and delivery
Services are delivered online (e.g., video calls, email, shared documents). We may use third-party tools to provide services and communicate efficiently.
5) Confidentiality
We will treat non-public business information shared by the client as confidential and use it only to provide the contracted services. The client agrees to do the same for any non-public information we share.
6) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- the client retains ownership of their pre-existing materials and data
- deliverables created for the client are provided for the client’s internal business use
- templates, know-how, and general methods we use remain our intellectual property
7) Disclaimer
We provide professional support based on our experience; however, business outcomes are not guaranteed, as results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, client execution, third parties, etc.).
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Labuan, Malaysia.
